Our Mini Marker Discs meet the qualifications outlined by the PDGA. In addition, they fly very well for mini disc golf, weighing in around 28 grams. The dimensions of the Prodigy Mini Marker Discs are 4" in diameter and 0.4375" in height.

More About Väinö Mäkelä

Väinö Mäkelä joined Prodigy Disc in 2016 and is currently on the Core Team, having been promoted to the top tier of support in 2021.

A Finnish superstar, Väinö has dominated European competition with wins at the 2021 Finnish Nationals and six Finnish tour victories on the Prodigy Pro Tour to go along with a 2016 Junior European Disc Golf Championship crown. He is a constant challenger for podium finishes at Majors, Disc Golf Pro Tour, and European Pro Tour events.

Väinö now equally splits his time between North America and Europe, still calling Turku, Finland home. He documents his travels on his YouTube channel, often in his native tongue.
