Caroline Henderson joined Prodigy Disc in 2023 and is currently on the Core Team, having been promoted to the top tier of support upon signing with the Star.

Hailing from Texas, Henderson has quickly established herself as an ascending talent in the FPO field, earning a top 10 finish in her first career Elite event at the 2023 Disc Golf Pro Tour Las Vegas Challenge.

Caroline brings a background as a high-level softball player and instructor to disc golf and is able to evaluate throwing form and mechanics through an analytical lens. Her breakdown of forehand technique is one of the best teaching videos available online.
